Was there any form of "team" in place before you started using Fancorps? This is the first “official” team for the band, previously they had some die hard fans who had established a street team called the “Special Forces” who were gathered at a Myspace page and would help spread the word via word of mouth and online.

How has the learning curve been for you running the team? Has it been easy adapting to the Fancorps system on your end? At first it seems overwhelming because there’s an endless number of opportunities and things on the site for teamers and for leaders as well but once you really look into everything it’s quite simple and very self-explanatory. Plus you can rely on your teamers to get a lot of the content for you.
